- The amount of work completed
- Resources already used
- Time invested in the project

5. Subscription & Ongoing Services
For services such as:
- Digital marketing
- SEO
- Maintenance plans
- Payments are generally non-refundable once the billing cycle has started
- Cancellation must be requested before the next billing cycle
6. Cancellation Policy
- Clients may request cancellation by contacting us via email
- Cancellation requests must include project details and reason for cancellation
- Any applicable refund will be processed according to this policy

- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
