These Terms govern the use of services provided by Highlights Digital Solution.

1. Service Agreement

All services are delivered based on agreed proposals or contracts. Scope, pricing, and timelines will be defined before starting.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide accurate information
• Deliver required content on time
• Cooperate during project execution

Delays from the client side may affect timelines.

3. Project Delivery

• Timelines are estimates unless explicitly fixed
• Revisions are limited as per agreement
• Additional work may incur extra charges

4. Payments

• Payment terms (advance, milestone, final) will be defined in agreement
• Late payments may result in service suspension

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it without consent.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

• Terms are violated
• Payments are not made
• Misuse of services occurs

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Third-party platform failures
• Loss due to external factors (hosting, APIs, etc.)

8. Ownership

• Final deliverables are transferred after full payment
• We may showcase work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable international laws.
